Cats and small caged animals are welcome additions to your home!

Monthly Pet Rent: $30.00 / per cat

One-Time Pet Fee: $300.00 / per apartment

Limit Two Cats Per Apartment

Pets must be spayed/neutered & licensed
Caged animals limited to 10 gallon size container
